We were greeted warmly as soon as we stepped foot in the lobby! The gentleman introduced us to our server and we ordered our drinks. We were SO IMPRESSED by the top notch service! One young man handled the drinks, one young lady did entrees and appetizers. Everything came out super fast and piping hot! We cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience was that the women's... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Robin America's Gourmet Burgers And Spirits:
like other chain restaurants, eating is consistent, which is a comfort when they long a good hamburger. her menu changed from the last time I was here, but it's still good. the endless fries are still there, but they have also added additional endless sides like steamed brokkoli for the somewhat healthier consciousness. If you want a good burger, but want to eat more than fast, come here. View all feedback.
When we first got in there, the lady sitting at the reception said, can I help you? I want to eat! She seemed to have disturbed her. After we finally had room, everything was much better. The food was good, a little colder than I would like, but good. The waitress was really nice and checked us when she could. Overall, the lady on the front was simply rude and it left a bad taste in our mouth. Also the place is really outdated and not as good as an atmosphere as it was earlier. there were holes in the seats and things seemed generally neglected and unclean.
It was a date with my grandson. This was his first time and he really enjoyed it. He actually ate the burger. We loved that the condiments were on the side.. he ate the pickles and tomato separately. We will definitely be going back. Plus our server was wonderful, great smile and so patient. He didn't leave us just sitting he returned decreasing times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and to see if we needed anything else.
Burger was fine, but a little more done than medium. Chicken sandwich was 10 minutes later despite being there when the restaurant was empty. They gave me frys while I waited, but there was a hair in it. The chicken sandwich was black/grayish and not edible. Server was very nice but it was not a good experience.
Literally just left the establishment without ever having been seated. My wife and I decided to have a date day, and we're going to start by having burgers at red Robin. Or so we thought. When we arrived we asked to be seated at a table or half and half due to my being a bigger guy. The hostess balked for a moment until apparently a superior of some sort came over and said we couldn't have a table. Only a booth. So here's a warning for larger people. Do not go to this red Robin as they are discriminatory. We walked across the walkway and we're promptly seated and served at buffalo wild wings! Go to B-Dubs. Walk right on by red Robin. Ask to sit in Righteoisy section. Dude is cool and his server game is on point.
Amazing service! Our server went out of his way to ensure my food was gluten free, a dhe was pleasant and kind. Food was the best I've had at Red Robin in years!!!
