I co... read more I ordered the brisket sandwich with Carolina vinegar sauce on the side, and waffle fries. The brisket was tender and juicy with a nice kissed smoky flavor. I could have used a touch more smoke, but that's coming from someone who really enjoys a lot of smoke flavor that others might find overwhelming. I actually preferred the sandwich without the sauce which I had ordered on the side. Thought that the brisket had enough great flavor on its own. Fries were crispy and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Nice to have this in the land grant brewery lot while enjoying a beer.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower burnt ends which I did not try
