This time, I can't even enjoy my chicken because it's... read more Every time I visit this location, there seems to be an issue with my order, and the service is unfriendly. This time, I can't even enjoy my chicken because it's rock hard and hollow! I would recommend avoiding this location entirely. It appears that they don’t prepare the food fresh and simply reheat it repeatedly to keep it "hot."

This has happened twice in the last few months, during w... read more The staff mentioned that they are running with only two employees and seem to be discouraging business. This has happened twice in the last few months, during which they have yelled at customers and asked them to leave due to being overwhelmed. I’m surprised this location is still in operation. I would advise against visiting this place, as the employees appear to dislike the customers and clearly don't want anyone coming in.

While waiting with my window down, I could hear employees chatting outside in the back like no one was waiting at the drive-thru. I ordered a fish sandwich and a Rally Burger two for $4, but when I got home, I found out they gave me a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich instead. ???

I took my loaded fries, placed them on some lettuce, and added croutons. The chicken bites weren’t to my taste, but I did enjoy the fries.
