Contribute FeedbackThe recent changes at Quaker Steak Lube left many customers dissatisfied. From missing sauces in online orders to burned and poorly prepared food, the quality seems to have deteriorated. One customer noted that the wings were overcooked and resembled chicken jerky, while another criticized the dirty interior and slow service. Despite these negative experiences, some customers still enjoy the cool vibe, good wings, and extensive beer selection at the restaurant. Overall, Quaker Steak Lube seems to have lost some of its appeal due to recent changes, but some loyal customers still appreciate the atmosphere and quality of the food.
The place was not crowded at a Saturday night at 6:00. To be honest, it looked closed. The outside looked devastated when they had an event and the side slot was still glued. We tried and fortunately found a small group. Many tables are still open. The game was loud and the place was clean. We hadn't eaten since breakfast, so we were hungry. I ordered the steak, Pad $1 more for a salad and got the potato, my son for chicken benches, Pommes and Coleslaw. The hubs are burgers and pommes. I asked what adult drinks specialties they had and the waitress told me $6 Margaritas and told me about the different flavors. What she didn't tell me was that she calculated extra for the different flavors. This is not written, nor was it communicated by our waitress. *sigh* this will be one thing I hate that I ask, but all my bills recently seem to have secret charges. The food was good, really good steak, for $27 it should be and it wasn't too fat. I enjoy that he tender, although everyone had a tendon that he had to cut out. The claw was delicious. Your fries are better than no places. My hubs enjoyed his burger, they didn't charge extra or mayonnaise. The smell after the baths was very large, but they were clean. Fortunately, that was something we met on the way out.
It is really dissatisfied with what has changed recently. Had an online order, they left the sauce and beer cheese from the order. What is the point of the wings and tenderness without the sauce? It's like the only most important thing next to the meat. My offers were burned to a crack. Only evil. Dough and taste of burnt oil. I couldn't eat it. Fries were burned and old. The Buffalo packaging was soggy and rough. Too many vegetables in it. I called the manager and said, hey, should probably talk to someone and let them know they're checking twice. I asked if I could come back, said no, it's 40 minutes drive. That's it. I guess it's my fault they forgot the sauce and the food was bad. Be long before I eat again, especially at current prices.
Big wings! Arizona Ranch is my personal favorite sauce and I highly recommend. The beer on design is okay, and seeing a game is not the best. Very cool decorations around the restaurant and the servers are provisional. The chicken wings are a must, Tuesday is everything you can eat.
Love the atmosphere and the decor and I come at least every other Tuesday for the unlimited wings! It can't be better!
Cool vibe. Sat at the bar. TVs on sports. Cold beer with a nice selection. The wings were very good. Not amazing , but good. I did the Hot and and Garlic sauce. Pretty good, but on my only one visit here hooters wings are still better. But still, Very cool vibe here.
