Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Columbus

We were out on the east side and were never with these popeyes. they, where do alot of business in the drive through and about 6 people in the load. the girl who took our order was so beautiful that she was very busy, but took time with each customer. she was so attentive to all of us. the chicken was very fresh and juicy. when we were gone, we couldn't stop talking how nice the girl that took our job. I wish I knew her name so I could call her and let her know what they did for a big one. big job popeyes

The food was nice and hot, but I had to wait while, for someone to come out and take my order while there was three or four staff in the office just talking about everything, until I ask is there anyone here to take my order.Food: 5/5

No cars ahead of me but it takes 15mins to take my order just to be told I have to wait 15 more minutes for any kind of chicken?. This happens at least 2 out of 3 times I go.

Terrible experience fast and last time we was on drive thru almost 35 minutes and they was inside chit chatting and ruin my all order

Ate there early today, ordered on the mobile app and when I got to the restaurant they were out of the butterfly shrimp (which I had ordered). This happens often with mobile ordering, but usually staff have no idea how to figure out how to make it right for the customers. The staff at this location immediately fix the problem and I left happy.. well done popeyes!
