Papa Johns Pizza - Columbus

Terrible service, waited 2 and half an hour for a delivery and ended to cancel. never again, I and my children are hungry on holy evening thanks to you young.

I called in for delivery and got cussed out and he hung up the phone in my face by one of the male employees around 11:05pm at this establishment just because I wanted to speak to a manager I was too scared to order my pizza bc of his character I didn’t know what he was gonna do to my food I didn’t want to risk it I contacted corporate and they suggested I leave a review.

They never wear gloves while making food the employees are very rude the manager has her boyfriend working with her this is by far the worst papa John's I've ever seen in my 52 years of life. They also leave the toppings out without covering them it's just a nasty place to eat

Horrible management. Cussed me out because they made my food wrong!! Wouldn't advise anyone to order from here. Please don't do it.

The WORST pizza place in the area. Ordered a pizza last week, said it would be 30-45 minute delivery. After an hour, I called was told it would be about 15 minutes. Called in 30 minutes FINALLY after an hour and a half my order arrived. Called to complain and was told they would comp me for my next order. Not that I had intentions to order again, but it was free. So I ordered again this week. Was told it would be here in 30-45 minutes. Called after an hour and told it would be 16 minutes. Once again, my order did not arrive for an hour and a half. HALF of my order was not included. When I said something to the driver his response was “well it’s free.” Yeah, free because YOU guys messed the order up last time. Never again will I order from papa John’s.
