The restaurant has wonderful, friendly staff and offers delicious food and excellent service. They do a fantastic job even during tough times. Linda has been exceptional for years—she's hardworking and always welcoming. It's a great spot to meet up with friends.
I never received my two broth dishes, and there was no communication regarding the reason for this or about my refund. I had to deal with their customer service since it is an independent franchise. I was told that the local owner would reach out to me within five days to process my refund, but that never happened. It feels like they took my money and disappeared. I won’t be returning.
The pizza was a little cold, as it didn't have much aroma, but overall, the service was excellent. Food: 5/5.
The customer service is top-notch and truly exceptional! While it may be a bit on the pricey side, the quality of the food and the ambiance are unbeatable!
