Panera Bread - Columbus
Panera Bread
Description
Panera Bread offers a range of menu items that can elevate your morning, like the delightful cinnamon toast crunch and asiago bagels. However, patrons often report inconsistencies in orders, leading to disappointing dining experiences. Many find themselves receiving incomplete meals or waiting longer than expected, particularly due to disorganization during peak hours. While some enjoy their meals, the lack of friendly service and the high prices cast a shadow over the experience. For those near Nationwide Children's Hospital, it's an option worth considering, but be prepared to verify your order carefully.

I had a fantastic experience, deserving of 5 stars. Despite reading some negative reviews, I decided to take a chance on this location, and I’m glad I did. I placed my order in advance using the app, and to my surprise, my food was ready even sooner than I anticipated. Everything was correct, and the taste was just right. That’s all I could ask for!
This is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and a quick bite to eat. I spent some time studying there, and it was pleasantly quiet. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
I tried to place my order using the tablet, but it kept having issues reading my card. I attempted to use two different cards multiple times until it finally froze, forcing me to redo my entire order. When I went to pick up my food, the girl at the counter had an attitude for no apparent reason. I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich, which was quite tasty, especially with the avocado. Would I return? Yes, since it's conveniently located across the street from my job. Was it worth the price? I wouldn't say so; I can't justify paying $7.50 for just half a sandwich. Next time, I'll order directly with the cashier.
I ordered a sandwich featuring sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese on ciabatta. However, for some reason that remains unclear, the sandwich I received did not include cheese. I wasn't charged for cheese either, which made my breakfast slightly cheaper than I had anticipated. I later realized that there are machines that allow you to order and pay for your food, similar to credit card machines, but I hadn't noticed them until after I placed my order and discovered the missing cheese. If you find yourself near Nationwide Children's Hospital in the early morning hours or at any other time of day, I highly recommend stopping by this Panera Bread. Just be sure to double-check your order to ensure you receive everything you intended to get.
