Panda Express - Columbus

This is my second experience at Panda Express, and I’m still in love. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was welcoming and efficient. The food was outstanding, making the visit well worth it.

The gentleman who took my order has an exceptional customer service. with what is said. I was in a hurry to lunch when I saw pe had no cars, so I gave em try. that was okay. the parts were small. close to $20 for 2 meats, chow my, egg roll, and a pop.

In terms of dining experience, this place consistently offers really good and fresh food. What truly sets this Panda Express apart is its exceptional customer service. Cameron is by far the most remarkable and personable staff member I’ve encountered among the team. He brings a level of professionalism that rivals that of Chick-fil-A. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I absolutely love Panda Express but this particular location is completely ridiculous!!! Unfortunately there isn't one close to where I live so when working out of town I try to get some once a week. Was so happy they had a location in the city I was working in.... Complete disappointment!!!! Went in on Monday at 6pm plenty of worker but out of everything except rice, noodles, orange chicken and beef and broccoli. They said they weren't cooking anything else. Come on!!! It's 6pm you know the time ppl eat dinner!!! So went somewhere else. Returned on Tuesday at 3pm. Same situation!!!! Went by again today at 12:30pm (Wednesday) only to find out that they really just don't want to be at work so basically they're not cooking food so the customer will leave and not order!!! Don't expect this location to be open much longer at all. Completely disappointed. Words cannot explain!

The meat is good, the rice so that I add salt and it tastes really good after it.
