What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
We ate there last night and had multiple issues from the start we. We got our salad and bread and our drinks and got up to use the restroom and they were cleared the table even though our drinks were still full and our salad was barely touched. By far the best Olive garden I've been in! Good service, food, atmosphere and so clean even the restrooms were immaculate!! Highly recommend!!
2 stars because the staff is friendly. Answered the phone in a reasonable amount of time, order was correct. Unfortunately the sausage in my zuppa was really under done. When I called back it took 3 reminders from the staff to get the manager to the phone. Staff seemed noticeably annoyed as well due to it being 1:15 pm on a Tuesday. I 'm sure management wasn 't very busy. She offered to send a gift card which I 'm grateful for however she was pretty scattered getting my information and as I was saying thank you have a great rest of your day ... she hung up on me mid sentence. Kinda feel like that moment should 've been swapped. I also took a few big bites of the under done food before noticing. Praying I don 't get sick.
A nice location if you're looking for Italian. Just like every other Olive Garden we've been to, consistent good food and service.
Restaurant is fine, but my car was vandalized in their parking lot at 3pm last Sunday. Police told me it was the 4th incident that weekend at that location. Aside from coming to our table and asking us if the affected vehicle was mine, the restaurant manager did not seem to care that it happened. Recommend going somewhere safer.
