About five minutes later, Patricia returned with our main courses, once again getting our orders right and placing them in front of us, while also refilling our coffee and water glasses. What User doesn't like about Olive Garden:
I had a very good lunch at this restaurant, and the staff was friendly with good food. I initially gave it 4 stars about five months ago, but now I would rate it 2 stars. Unfortunately, the dinner experience was disappointing. They forgot my chicken and my dad's steak. When we finally received the steak, one side was overcooked while the other was raw. Suppe was mostly broth. a tiny kartoffel. usually only the skin floats around and a piece blows in the suppe. salat bowl had a pfeffer; a tomato; only overloaded with tweezers and salat. waiter and manager passed several times without asking if we wanted salat or suppe refill. broth sticks and cola were filled without asking. I tried to tie someone to get soup refill. the waiter; waiter and manager would not even see our way. no competent service. when we left, we asked the hostess whether the restaurant normally offers refills for the suppe and salat, as is what the menu displays. they said yes, but it didn't seem really important. will not be back in sawmill road olive garden. we had great experiences in the olive garden in dayton and lima, although they are underused. service and eating is exceptional at these places. not at sawmill.
$3.99 “Bottomless* pasta Bowl” is back (seasonal) HINT:*Refill is not a full portion, but they can unpack it to take home as long as they finish their exit plate. italy (divisible variety) mushroom ravioli (delicious) shrimp carbonara (wow! they will not be disappointed) tiramisu (to go)AND ... each guest is served with unlimited salat and brotsticks. clean, fun, Italian environment. came celebrates the baptism of my friend this morning. warning: frequent car breaks on the parking lot. our car has been broken, and I have seen 2 others smashed in separate places. manager said that the cameras are not functional. So, make sure that they are in a well-lit, high-reflection part of the loose near the front, and keep all personal items out of sight from testing.
At least once we meet all the cities we visit. always enjoy your food, but this one even stood up. the gnocchi was great and our server was great. more places where we end was as good as this. Food: 5/5
Flipping awesome!!!! DeShawn was fantastic! He came towards our table with a smile and provided phenomenal service for our entire meal. He was the best waiter i've ever had at Olive Garden and I can't wait to have him as our waiter again. Believe me when I say, I will call ahead to get his schedule.The food was great as well. Hot, fresh and delicious!!!! Salad crisp and the soup really really good.
