A staff in this place accused my card and gave a $700 tip! I am urgent fees I will never go back to this place ever again and I advise when you go to use the oh lounge cash not a card!!!!!!
Bad customer service! On arrival we were not greeted by the person at the front counter! We stood before her! She never said a word! Another worker came by and sat down!! Overrated! Eating was easy, but edible..
So I literally work at this casino and they refused to sell me food not because I did anything wrong but literally because they didn't want to.
