Noodles And Company - Columbus

This restaurant seems to be experiencing some challenges. I ordered pot stickers but didn't receive the sauce with them. The noodle bowl was quite dry as well, and it was really missing flavor. I'm not sure what's happening here.

The food was hot and fresh! I’ve been craving spaghetti and meatballs along with some cheesy garlic bread, and they did not disappoint! The staff working today were really doing their best to keep things running smoothly. However, the wait was a bit too long. Sometimes, you just can't avoid that. Overall, thank you for a delicious lunch!

The only reason I'm giving this restaurant two stars is because the food is tasty. However, the customer service was disappointing. We accidentally went to the wrong location and tried to call the correct one, but the phone number wasn't working. Once we arrived, the staff was rude. They denied having any phone issues and didn’t come outside to bring us our curbside order. To top it off, they forgot the silverware we had requested. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The staff as always was friendly. The restaurant itself was clean, with a great view of the setting sun. Should've taken a picture.

Well, not much to be excited about here. This is like a fast food restaurant for over cooked tasteless pastas around the world. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles and pot stickers. The noodles were over cooked. They had hardly any sauce making them extremely sticky. The vegetables were almost under cooked making them a bit over crunchy. The pot stickers were ok. However, they also stuck together and as I ate them I found quite a few macaroni noodles leaving me to believe the cook is also sloppy. That was the only time I'll be trying this place. Not much to be desired for quality vs. Price.
