What Susan Falconio doesn't like about New Hong Kong:
Totally messed up our order. Returned home with it only to discover that they didn't include my husband's meal. Called them and expected them to deliver it but they stated that they didn't have a driver. Husband had to go back out to pick it up. They gave him a big $3.00 gift certificate to apologize. Food was mediocre at best. Never ordering from them again. Service: Take out View all feedback.
Great food that lady creates and sells these decorations.
TLDR: New Hong Kong is a great restaurant to chinese take-out. New Hong Kong is a family operated establishment with excellent customer service, deliciously prepared meals, as well as a menu priced low to fair. Meaning it's very affordable. The restaurant is very clean. I come often for the lunch, and dinner combos. Food is prepared in a quick, and timely manner. They don't offer their own delivering service unfortunately, and I refuse to use delievry apps. However New Hong Kong does offer take out which is great. The restaurant is located near an intersection, so its easy to drive right up, and go inside. Roomy parking in the front, as well as parking lot in the rear. They are a business I am more than happy to support.
