What User doesn't like about New Fortune China:
The lady that works there is very rude! The order was wrong because she doesn’t understand what we said.. took the Order back, paid close to $20 for sweet and sour fried shrimp with fried rice and get back home for the “second” time only to find out she got it wrong again! But this time I know it was on purpose because she stressed FRIED RICE??? which was correct, and we received white rice.. she slams the food down... View all feedback. The service can be a bit rude and ordering can be challenging. The restaurant is a bit run-down with no indoor seating. It's not located in the best part of the city and cleanliness is questionable. However, the egg rolls are the best I've found in Columbus! They are traditional Chinese/American style with a perfect crust and delicious sweet and sour sauce.
