I drove 25 minutes to this restaurant because of all the positive reviews. On December 28, 2020, I ordered four bagels and four muffins. The woman who helped me cut the bagels as I requested, but unfortunately, they were quite disappointing. After waiting about 10 minutes, I noticed that they were roasting three bagels from each batch. I asked her not to discard the last one, and I'm glad I did because the unroasted bagel was much better; the other bagels were very dry and hard. One of the staff members was polite, and the place appeared very clean. The muffins looked fantastic.
