I ordered the 16-piece meal, which is supposed to come with 4 drumsticks, 4 thighs, 4 breasts, 4 wings, 4 large sides of my choice, and 8 biscuits. However, I ended up with 8 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, and 3 wings—only 15 pieces in total and the distribution was all wrong. We're quite disappointed, and this isn't the first time we've encountered problems with our order.
My sister and I ordered the Bowl Meal and added two biscuits each. The bowls arrived hot and fresh, which was fantastic. However, the biscuits were hard and definitely not fresh. Since we had four biscuits with our meal, they really should have been better. It was quite disappointing.
