The staff refu... read more Please disregard the reviews from employees at this establishment. I was very dissatisfied with the service when I tried to place a pickup order. The staff refused to take my order over the phone and insisted that I would have to wait for it after placing it. Additionally, the prices on the menu do not match what you actually pay in-store or at the drive-thru.

The servi... read more The restaurant was very clean and well-remodeled, but when it comes to their fast food chicken, it was a bit stringy and dry compared to other places. The service wasn't great either. There was a large group in front of us, which I understand might have slowed things down, but the staff didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting at the counter. There was just one group of nine people ahead of us, and we stood there for over ten minutes before anyone said, "Good afternoon." I promise that’s not an exaggeration. We knew the chicken would take about 20 minutes to cook, but it would have been nice if they had at least greeted us and let us know they would be with us soon.
