Located in a busy area, this restaurant offers some standout catering options with juicy, crispy chicken that guests thoroughly enjoy. However, inconsistent portion sizes and frequent menu availability issues detract from the overall experience. Drive-thru service can be slow and error-prone, leading to order mix-ups and long waits. Additionally, menu changes are poorly communicated, causing customer confusion. While food quality shines during catered events, regular service struggles with professionalism and accuracy, leaving some patrons disappointed. Improvements in communication, portion consistency, and order accuracy are needed to match the high standards shown during special events.
The pot pie was extremely dry, almost sliceable, which is surprising since pot pies are supposed to be light and creamy. I ended up having to throw it away.
I ordered a simple 3-piece original, but they gave me a 2-piece crispy instead. It’s hard to believe such a mistake happened when the drive-thru was the only option and I was the only customer in line. I’m removing this location from my list and hope they consider shutting it down.
The portions were disappointing. I ordered two mashed potato bowls, and there was barely any mashed potatoes, corn, or gravy—definitely not enough to fill even half of the bowl.
The fries and chicken are too greasy and not appealing at all.
The event featured catered food that arrived on time and was served piping hot. The chicken was incredibly juicy, tender, and crispy. All the guests enjoyed their meal thoroughly.
