Kai's Crab Boil - Columbus

During my recent visit, I found the place to be decent overall. The natural surroundings were pleasant, with some greenery and waterfalls adding a touch of tranquility. The accommodations were satisfactory, offering adequate space and average designs. The staff was friendly enough, though not overly attentive. While the experience was somewhat relaxing, it didn 't quite meet my high expectations. Serenity Cove could benefit from some improvements in terms of service and ambiance. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I 'm not sure if I would prioritize a return visit.

Best seafood in Columbus. I would give 5-stars but we spilled two FULL alcoholic drinks (one landing in someone’s lap) and we were charged for replacements (one we chose not to).I understand it’s policy here, but it still shocked me. Business shouldn’t be just about money, but also connection with customers. It felt very cold. I imagine with all the butter and rubber gloves this maybe a reoccurring issue and I’d offer the advice of buying more heavy/sturdy glasses for alcohol. Our glasses compared to other restaurants were extremely light. Drinks were amazing though!

A great seafood find in Columbus...!!!!Best King Crab leg boil around; definitely number 1 in my book!Great and quick service...so easy to get in and enjoy a good meal.The service is impeccable Emily is the Greatest...!!!!!!!Her attention to detail and ability to connect with customers is refreshing.When you dine at Kai's it feels like they go above and beyond to provide you with a perfect experience; they even remembered my favorite drink and menu selections after just my 1st visit. They always make me feel welcome and at home!Love it when you find a place that stands out from the rest...!!!!

Great food! The Kai spice is superb, we just did the mild and added garluc butter. Had shrimp crablegs. Servicecwas especially good,Sara was our server and she was knowledgeable friendly and the food came out quicky and was perfect. Already planning our next trip.Food: 5/5

Even though it's very expensive, it was very very good. I had the king crab and shrimp boil with the potatoes and corn and the lemon pepper seasoning. It was all so delicious. They give you bibs and gloves to eat it with and a bucket for all your shells. We were greeted at the door with such enthusiasm and kindness and our waitress explained everything to us and made sure nobody had any allergies to shellfish. I'll be back for sure.
