Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams - Columbus

I sent jeni to me as a gift from my daughter who went to school in ohio. it is delicious, but it was so funny to go to the shop in the easton mall for my first experience before location. the staff on Sunday, 27. juni was so friendly and accommodating. the waffel cone was crunchy and I love the standard two taste option. I can't wait to visit again.

5 stars for enjoyable ice cream; 3.5 stars for price; 2 stars for not bringing back lemon yogurt; 0 stars for service staff needs training how to serve and create positive experience, and also apply intelligence and creativity ex, when you run out of metal sample spoons, find an alternative way to offer sampling not hard! simple genuine words “I am sorry” can help; when requested to provide feedback, they have nothing onsite for feedback asked for their names and here is the image the most they can master. Jeni’s please bring quality, mature service back!

The ice cream here is freshly made and you can tell. The flavors are so complex and delicious. I would highly recommend.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream is good. BUT closing an hour early because people don’t want to work is unacceptable! We actually went here the night before and bought a pint , but staff that night was very rude. I bought $150 worth from Jeni’s for mother’s day- wish i hadn’t of now though!

Ice cream was really good just not really worth $8.50. it was very loud inside, but smelled amazing! would recommend if you have the extra money to spend on ice cream, they have a variety of flavors you wouldn’t see many other places!
