This is a great hotel that I do recommend. It was clean and welcoming. You could walk to restaurants and pubs and to see this nice downtown area. I rated a 4 instead of 5 because the hot water wasn't working in our wing and there were no other rooms. I will say the employees were great and the manager was very responsive. I would definitely try staying here again and am certain it would be a 5 star stay. View all feedback.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and organized. It was easy to get to all of the nearby destinations by foot due to the great location. I did not purchase any food or drinks, so I am unable to provide comment on those amenities.
Spacious, well appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Housekeeping is excellent. Love the location can walk to a dozen restaurants and plenty of shopping in the downtown district.
Location, room, front desk and housekeeping were all excellent. Really nice top floor corner room facing iconic bridge and courthouse. Walked downtown and across street to park along river. Only thing I didn 't like was the strong scented Bath and Body soaps. So, I used my own. Stayed Good Friday 2023. See indie film Columbus before visiting and you 'll feel like you 're in a movie.
Four stars all the way! Indigo may be the best hotel in Columbus, especially if you have kids. The pool is small but better than outside and it's saltwater which is nice on the skin and eyes. There's a cozy hot tub also, which is pleasant to relax in. The bistro has wonderful espressos, a full bar, and good food. The location is within walking distance of any place worth visiting downtown, as well.What elevates this to all four stars is the staff, which includes a resident dog, and it's cleanliness.If you're going to stay in Columbus, I recommend this hotel over any other.
Reserved a short 2 night stay to attend father's funeral. Sadly, my flight was delayed and ultimately cancelled. In the airport, received an email to check in electronically which I did, assuming I would arrive much, much later than originally planned. When my flight was cancelled, I subsequently contacted the hotel was told they could not refund my money because I checked in electronically. Corporate IHG stated the same thing. Nowhere on the original email, did it state once I checked in electronically, I will be considered checked in, and will be charged accordingly. Apparently, this hotel is willing to permanently lose a customer over $151.00. Be forewarned, they are inflexible, unhelpful, and borderline fraudulent. If you have extenuating circumstances (ie cancelled flight, car accident, hospitalization), this hotel WILL NOT HELP YOU. Not only did I miss my father's funeral, I have received no help or flexibility from this hotel about refunding my first night's stay.
