It came out medium g... read more Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.

The blue cheese salad dressing... read more As usual, the highlight of the meal was the prime rib. That's the main reason I treat myself to an occasional dinner at Jerico's. The blue cheese salad dressing is so-so and tastes as if it came from a jar but the wine servings are quite generous, even though the wine list is pretty dated and conventional. And at 77 years of age, I must have just qualified to meet the minimum age for entry! For all that, the prime rib is the best in town.!

We got all dressed up, drove to what looked like a rundown location with a trailer blocking the entrance. After confirming we were at the right place and listening to a recorded message, we noticed three people lounging behind a dumpster and decided to leave. Did I mention we had a reservation? Not a single car was there—NOT ONE. It's incredibly disappointing.

The staff didn't follow the proper serving protocol, such as taking drink orders before dinner orders. They were friendly, and I believe they genuinely want to do well, but wanting to provide good service and actually delivering it are two different things.
