She allowed us to leave and retrieve our identification, which is understandable as she was just ensuring that we had our IDs. However, upon our return, she informed us that she did not want to serve us, despite the fact that we had gone through the trouble of obtaining our IDs for her. This interaction left us feeling disappointed in her level of customer service.
