Hai Poke - Columbus

I had a pretty decent poké bowl (slammin' salmon) from here. I honestly don't have too much to say; it was nothing memorable or nothing bad. I do remember really enjoying the hand roll though. I wouldn't deter anybody from giving Hai Poké a try.Food: 4/5

Came here for the first time to try a local business and was extremely disappointed. The owner ignored me at the window for 15 minutes and then can outside and with the most attitude ever told me i had to come inside to pick up my food. When i apologized and told her it was my first time here she continued to give me attitude and treated me like i was stupid that it was not clearly marked. Won’t ever be back due to disgusting customer service.

I bought a bowl a week ago at 7:15pm. I showed up at 7:30 and they were closed (they're supposed to close at 8pm). I got charged and never got my money back, I tried reaching out from their website and on Instagram but they never got back to me. The food is decent but the service is poor.

Tried them for the first time today, and it was absolutely amazing! They're in great walking distance from my work, super friendly staff, and the food is SO fresh!!

Great food and service was friendly. Only problem was they wouldn't take cash. Would still recommend. Thanks for being my sushi fix on the first day of Matsuricon.
