Classic burger joint that serves up fresh cut shoe string fries and smashed burgers on homemade buns. Great house made ice cream selection also. Phenomenal as usual!Food: 5/5

Best smash-burger place in all of Columbus. The place is extremely nice, and has an amazing set of furniture and atmosphere. Furthermore, the shakes, food, and fries are 10/10. Nothing else is better than Ritzy's on a Friday night. The employees are kind and welcoming, and never mess up an order. Best place ever.Kid-friendliness: Always have been kind to children, and listen to them quite well.

Love this place! Not only great food but excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Literally the best milkshakes in town. Also love that they pup cups.

We love coming here! The food is fantastic and high quality and I know for a fact that the owner is such an amazing guy who takes pride in his work and treats his employees with respect and fairness. He’s always there for his crew of workers. I hope this business stays around for a long long time. My son loves their fries and ice cream.Kid-friendliness: I just wish there was a veggie side dish! We love coming to Ritzys. Good food. Good price. Though the service has always been hit or miss on take out orders. They usually will forget a cheese sauce here or some burger toppings there. But recently it’s gone downhill for takeout orders. Out of 4 burgers, only 1 was correct. One only had bacon, and was missing cheese and all the other toppings. Another was missing chili and cheese. Another was missing most of the toppings and cheese. I really don’t know why I’m paying extra for toppings that I don’t get. Plus a 20% tip on a horrible order, super salty about that one.If you order take out, then make sure you check every single burger before you leave the restaurant. I am confident that they have messed up one or more of the items in your order.
