I had a delicious meal at this restaurant! The portion size was generous and there was a good variety of add-ons. I ordered the crab custom rice bowl and mango sticky rice. I wasn't a huge fan of the mango rice, as the texture was mushy and not my favorite, but it still tasted pretty good.
The rainbow roll* was so delicious. i loved the sauce on it and generous amount of wasabi and ginger on the side. the crispy shrimp was good too, but didnt seem as flavorful to me. i think the crispy stuff on top actually took away from the flavor strangely enough? still ate it all though.
Sauces were not spread throughout the bowl and the soy sauce soaked areas did not disburse well so it was VERY salty. as for the tuna, there was tons of connective tissue still in tact in almost all of the pieces so pretty chewy. overall not good and will not be ordering again.
I ordered a personalized salad bowl and the tuna in the bowl had a strange taste. I'm unsure if it was not stored at the correct temperature, but I would be cautious when ordering from this place despite the positive reviews. The agave gingerade was delicious.
I ordered the fried tempura shrimp dish. It was delicious overall, although a bit on the expensive side.
