The menu is quite extensive, offering a little something for everyone. There are plenty of healthy options as well as unique ingredients and dishes that you don't often see at breakfast places, including some interesting early morning cocktails. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, so I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars. However, what really elevated my experience to a 5-star rating was the outstanding service. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, engaged in light-hearted banter with us, and consistently made sure our drinks were full while checking in to see how we were enjoying our meal, especially considering how busy they were.

I really love the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Everything is fantastic. The Belgian waffles are wonderfully fluffy, fresh, warm, and light. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’m a big fan of potatoes, and I found the seasoned potatoes I ordered to be a bit hard on each occasion. However, they had great flavor. Maybe they could cook/boil/bake them a little longer? Other than that, everything else was excellent. I really enjoyed dining here and will definitely return for more delicious breakfast!

There are plenty of food options to choose from, and the pancakes are massive—one is more than enough to fill you up. We tried the plain pancake as well as the pancake with banana and granola. We ordered egg whites, but they weren't very generous with the portion; it felt like we received just one egg white. We also had a drink called the Purple Haze, which was incredibly delicious—definitely get it while it's available! The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. Since we opted for takeout, we didn’t get to interact much with the rest of the staff.

When I looked at the bill the extra pancake was how much!? $8.00!!! Should be illegal and shame on First Watch.
