What Tim Bagoly doesn't like about Dunkin':
Stopped in for a few coffees and a latte. We were the only ones in the store and it took ten minutes to get our three drinks. Two can out but the latte took ten minutes, I had to ask where it was on the ninth minute ? View all feedback.
This Dunkin' location is the absolute worst. I order the exact same thing every time I visit, and each time, they manage to get it wrong. I've decided that I will no longer support this location; they simply do not deserve my business. My matcha latte is consistently inedible because the matcha powder is always settled at the bottom of the cup. I specifically ask for my drink to be mixed well since I know matcha is a powder, but they never do it. The customer service is equally disappointing; they often roll their eyes when I ask them to correct anything. Today, I ordered my drink with butter pecan flavoring; I was charged for it, but they didn’t include it in my drink. And, of course, the matcha powder was still at the bottom of the cup. I will NEVER return to this location again.
The food is outstanding! However, I’ve noticed that one of the employees at the drive-through often has a bit of an attitude and tends to rush through orders. Aside from that, the service is generally good, and the drinks are even better.
Never again. I got food poisoning and I'm still trying to recover. The food was awful, and I couldn't even finish my breakfast because it tasted so bad.
While the donuts are okay, coffee is good. Service is good but employees on a personal mater don't care of others property. I had a dispute with an employee I assume was running late. Hit my car with car door,left a dent in my door. Guess I should've used the drive thru lol.
Quite possibly the WORST service I've ever had in a drive through ever. All of the staff were completely and utterly clueless. They kept asking what my order was multiple times and nobody knew what the f was going on. There was at least 7 people working so there is no excuse why I waited FIFTEEN MINUTES. And on top of that, the milkshake I did get after waiting all that time was basically milk water.
