So I came here this afternoon I drunk some of it obviously and this is so delicious whoever made it . This is my first time here and I honestly didn't think they was going to do this good of a job because Of the other reviews but this is really good! This place has went to hell! The last two times I've been here have been horrible. They never have a flavor syrup you want. This last time there seemed to be only a girl working during the evening, she couldn't be more than 16 years old. I got a caramelmocha frozen coffee made with almond milk. They have a good strawberry/banana smoothie. The problem is....many times they don 't have any bananas but to make the sale, they will make you a strawberry smoothie and hope you don 't complain that there is no banana in it. P.s. the price doesn 't getreduced. At some locations, you have to say no ice cream or it may end up tasting like a milkshake.
If I can give zero I would, yesterday, Oct. 29, 2022, get to the drive thru, waiting for a few minutes. Finally, you'll have to wait , I'm working on a big order, rudely, no sorry, no please. Then after waiting another five minutes, again, tells me that ,they working on big order and that if I wanted something I would have to come in. Because they weren't going to take.my.orderbecause they were working on a big order. So I left and took my business elsewhere.
Sketchy place. When I pulled up to the window, she charged my card, gave me a receipt and asked to pull up to the front of the store. I don 't understand why do I need to pull up to the front of the store and wait for someone to bring the coffee to me since I am already at the window. The best part-I was the only person in the drive through. I 'm waiting at the front, they bring the latte that tastes weird. Sour and watery. I asked why I had to move to the front and she said something like we have a timer and we run out of time sometimes . I come back to the store, they redo it. Umm still not there, but much better than it was. I leave from the store, drive to the hotel, check my card. card got charged $9.26-kinda of expensive latte, right? Wrong. I check the receipt- 1 md iced coffee, 10 munchkins, 1 donut. What is that about? I didn 't get any of that nor did I order. My order included one large latte only. I truly hope that was an honest mistake, but this place doesn 't feel right.
2nd location I went to, since the one off Morse Rd. Closed 15 min earlier (than actual time listed online).Before driving to the location, called and spoke to employee who stated drive through open till 10pm. I had to drove another 5-8 minutes only to experience again via through, automated recording saying it was closed. I got to the window 8:57pm.Lights all on, called and this time no answer.Unbelievable!!! If you will change the hours at your enployees/managers discretion, then you need to state that online and in stores.How to you expect to have customers, as well as keep customers, when there is no integrity due to false info provided. Totally unacceptable.
Came in 20 minutes till close Manager Erin gave me a free coffee for my almost 10 hour drive to help wake me up, was very kind and helpful and the coffee got me home safely and awake
