The service was generally good, although the server seemed to interrupt a few members of our group. He would walk away in the middle of conversations, which happened to at least two people. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might not have heard them. Fortunately, he was very helpful to me, especially with our online gift cards, and he was patient throughout that process. He also made sure to check on us while the kids were playing, bringing us drinks and keeping an eye on us during the five hours we spent there. I made sure to tip him well for his assistance! The kids had a great time with the games, and I highly recommend this place. We visit every year as it's my Christmas gift to my grandchildren.

Our server was very friendly and attentive, but the service was a bit slow, likely due to being short-staffed, which is understandable. I ordered the honey BBQ boneless wings and was disappointed; the wings came in an order of 12 and were actually smaller than McDonald's McNuggets. On the plus side, the atmosphere was pleasant, and thankfully, there weren't many underage teens causing a fuss. Overall, it was just okay. Given the price of the wings, I feel you could get better value at places like Buffalo Wild Wings or Roosters.

Unfortunately the security guy today was rather rude and felt a little uncomfortable and uneasy. I really really appreciated Shawn (or Shaun or Sean) not sure how it’s spelled. He was truly amazing and so so kind to us. On multiple occasions he came up and made sure things were going well and credited us for a game that was broke. Also a huge shoutout to Jessica one of the managers. She was always so very kind and helpful with a very positive attitude toward everything.

We will definitely be returning. If you dine in the hall, I recommend asking for a waiter named Jonny—he's fantastic!

My sandwich arrived a bit cold, but he quickly had it remade and brought it back to my table within just a few minutes. My boys really enjoyed him! You can't beat D B on Wednesdays, with games priced at half off!
