This restaurant can get busy at times, but the staff is always friendly. The food is always freshly fried, never sitting around waiting to be given to the next customer like some fast food places do. I'm not sure of her name, but the woman who works the drive-through window on weekdays deserves a raise! She is always so pleasant and kind. View all feedback.

my order has more than $10 total than it should be. When I asked, the girl was very nervous and said it was about to control. When I was asked for a reception, I was told that the printer didn't work. then I was told that the prices on the menu were wrong and that they were raised. when I asked her to tell me what the prizes were, it was $4 more on two of the combos, but the total number was much more. I love this milk tea shop! I visit frequently because the staff is wonderful and friendly. Today, while sitting outside, my drink ran out. Since the shop was closed and it was partly my fault for not saying anything, I didn't expect anything. However, a young woman working there noticed through the window and offered to replace my drink without me even having to ask. Such great service!
I tried to use a gift card at this restaurant and the cashier claimed it was cracked and couldn't be used. I explained that it was fine when I handed it over, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I was then expected to pay for my meal without any further assistance. There was a long line behind me, so I didn't want to cause a scene. I asked how I could use the $10 on the card, but the cashier was unhelpful and told me to load another one. Feeling insulted and frustrated, I contacted Dairy Queen headquarters in Canada and incurred $19 in international call fees.
I never knew that a hot dog could be so basic in a child's meal. No ketchup, no mustard, no relish. Who does that? I was shocked.
Delicious every time. The service is excellent, prompt, and super friendly.
I was thrilled to discover this Dairy Queen and I had a delicious Peanut Buster Parfait there.
