This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and provided a great atmosphere. Before I knew it, I went in a customer and came out a friend. Also, the ice cream cakes are to die for! I brought a cookie dough delirium (I think that's what it was called) to Christmas and everyone made space for a second slice. Highly recommend. By far the best Cold Stone that I've been to. I always love going to Cold Stones, and this one really made me sad because of how unfriendly the staff was to my wife and I, as well as the other guests at the store. I remember when cold stone used to have the friendliest staff of any place I went to. 5 stars are not enough for this place!!At entering the store, I was welcomed with a warm smile by the owners and their employees. Beautiful family and excellent costumer service! I ordered a cake for our Anniversary and OMG, it was the best cake I've ever had! I I highly recommend Cold Stone Creamery Polaris for all events and family gatherings! Thanks guys, you rock!
Cold stone is amazing and the variety of flavors in ice-cream shakes are fantastic but my favorite is the peanut butter with butterfinger pieces... Ohhh sweet heavens what an awesome treat so if your in the area with a sweet tooth give yourself a treat to remember or maybe the kiddos or everyone however you can be sure to enjoy

This is my second time coming in, and both times I have been greeted and spoke to with respect. AWESOMENESS … you don’t find that anymore.Today I bought IceCream Cookies for myself and co-worker and they were DELICIOUS. I work across the way at Walk In Urgent Care. AWESOME SERVICE and GREAT ICE CREAM.
