Then went to another place an... read more Took my new Girl friend to CJ's for some pizza and Garlic Knots last week and WOW was it good. Best Pizza I've had in a long time. Then went to another place and while the Pizza was good, the personal touch just wasn't the same. CJ's is the only place for good times and Pizza all rolled into one. And the beer was cold too.

However, the last 2 to 3 years have... read more I can remember numerous times throughout my life when I used to go to Cj's and have an amazing experience every single time. However, the last 2 to 3 years have just been downhill for the place, and over the last 8 months our 3 visits weren't very good at all. The first 2 times the staff were just messing around with each other and slacking off instead of making sure customers were taken care of. That in its self isn't a huge deal but the second time we had a problemwith how the food came out and the server never came and checked in or even took notice. The last time we came the food wasn't awful but it took forever, and we ended up just having to eat at home. We arrived at around 6:30-ish and didn'tget our food until around 7:30. We were the only people dining in. Nobody told us what was up, or gave us an update. I think the manager was the bearded fella at the bar, and he didn't say a word, not an apology or anything. I work in foodservice, and I get that sometimes things are just slow, but I at least expect a check up, or an estimate from somebody. We have been repeat customers for years, but I guess that eventually you have to give a place up, especially when itseems like all they do is make excuses for themselves about why they are subpar in responses to reviews. At some point you have to stop blaming the pandemic for the problems your having, and make some changes in management or something.However I don't think this will happen.

I swapped out olives,mushrooms a... read more I?ve always enjoyed eating here and the food has been great. I decided to stop in on Saturday and I ordered a 10? veggie pizza. I swapped out olives,mushrooms and artichoke hearts for jalapeños, pepperocini peppers and spinach since I don?t like thoseveggies. When I got my bill I had an extra charge. I asked my server and she said it was cause I subbed veggies. Huh?! All 3veggies I substituted were the regular ones and not premium or ultimate ones. I can see getting charged for say freshbasil,mozzarella or sun dried peppers or say a meat. I?ve never been charged at other pizza places when I?ve subbed out veggiesfor veggies. I do wish I?d been given a heads? up that there?d be an extra charge for swapping out vegetables.

Our waiter was great and his co... read more Normally get the delicious food to-go but we felt like dining out tonight. Atmosphere was fantastic! Had a great live performer! Our waiter was great and his coworkers were very helpful too. Very playful with the kids. Everyone had a great time and meal!Can't rate these guys high enough! Highly recommend the calzones and pizza. But after seeing one, I'll be trying one of theirsandwiches next visit!
