Wonderful experience. Everyone enjoyed their meal; I especially loved the roasted octopus. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We will return. View all feedback.
What Happy Lizzette Pajimna doesn't like about Cicchetti Columbus:
Outstanding food. We got a burger, the octopus appetizer and 2 glasses of wine. $88 before tip. Service was perfunctory…had to reach out to server to get water refills and the second glass of wine. Atmosphere was “ok” nothing fancy. Just felt like an upscale Applebees experience. Way too expensive for the experience. View all feedback.
This place is really a hidden gem in Columbus! The food is outstanding for a hotel restaurant. The prices are a little high for Columbus but it is worth it for a special occasion. Would highly recommend.
Really good eating as bar ciccheti. the dishes were kreatiw and tasteful, more attentive to really good ingredients than some typical Italian restaurants. the chicken stable (stufato citta) was a large dish with chicken, seafood, buzzing and crumbling. I also found the black rice arancini to be very tasty. happy hour drink prices are great; weinliste seems excessively high-both for single glass or bottle.
Some menu items not presented as described. Chicken Marsala was suppose to be a thigh and came as 2 breast’s. Pizza dough not fully cooked. Martinis were short pours for the price. Overall tastes good. Server, Kiki was super!
Way overpriced, will be closed in 6 months unless hotel subsidizes
Went here for an anniversary, which was noted on the reservation but not acknowledged by anyone at the restaurant. Service was honestly pretty bad, which was blamed on a wedding party that they were somehow unprepared for. Drinks are overpriced and nothing special. The focaccia is amazing and the only thing I would order again. The orecchiette was extremely disappointing and basic, as was the chicken Marsala.
