I have given this restaurant multiple chances, but still encountered issues. I ordered 2 wings and a breast, but received a thigh instead. The side of okra was cold. The soda machine always runs out of drink syrup. I would have preferred to wait longer for my food than receive a less than satisfactory meal. View all feedback.
Overall, the experience was fine, but I did come across a piece of thigh meat that seemed to be old chicken mixed in with the fresh pieces. This particular piece was noticeably tougher than the others.
I can't believe it's been 3 years since I last visited Church's Chicken. If you haven't tried their cookies, you're missing out!

Order 12 pc family dark.Got 12 thighs all 3 sides and no biscuits.Chicken was not hot for the time I waited for it.
I would give it a -0, but that's too high. This location was great once upon a time. The food is awful. Start with the staff..Get an entire new staff..Managers included. Take some of the staff from Veterans and Hamilton Rd. That location seems to be the best one in Columbus. If not, then close it until you can get folks that care about what they do.
