This location is frequently closed to walk in business currently it is closed at lunchtime for walking in orders and running an online order only with no signage out front Hopefully this location will close soon and stop aggravating everyone who tries to come and spend money there I would online order But t this location has gotten my order wrong so many times I refuse to

This location 1 mile from my house at EAST BROAD is TERRIBLE at the very best. 50+ orders)I now buy from a Chipotle near Walmart, which is 5 miles away because they have never got an order wrong yet. (15-20+ orders)I have had to refund a drink over 10 times because I was charged and never got a drink.I am constantly getting other people's orders.(5-10 times This wrongs two customers at once)Its so BAD at this Location East Broad St) That they have changed the phone line so an automated system answers when you call the store so they don't have to do any customer service. after screwing you and taking your money.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order for two bowls at 11:30, but did not receive my food until 12:01. Although I understand that the workers are often working hard without breaks, I feel that the main issue lies with the leadership, such as the general managers who are not present. This is not the first time I have experienced a long wait at this restaurant. I would have been better off waiting in line, as the staff seemed to be efficiently managing the orders. When I tried to ask if my order could be completed at the register since I had already paid, I was told no, as it would not be fair to other online customers. I requested a business card, but when I called the number on it, it was not for the general manager listed. Overall, this experience reminded me why I had stopped coming to this location over a year ago. I will not be returning to support this particular franchise in the future.

This load is always a gamble when you deliver it, something is almost always missing when you order the evening brush, which I understand in one. but they keep forgetting objects. my fiancée called and said they had forgotten the chips, so I kept the load on the way home to see if I could get a few bags, turns out they are chips, from everything. in addition, if they ask for a refund online, they only give a free reward for a single pocket of chips with guacamole. What about my 5 other bags I paid for? they steal the money of men. I warn! if they can go to another chipotle, I would do that definitiw. unless they want to bet on what is missing! update: 2 weeks later they are back out chips. 7/29/22: no chips re8/8/22: no chips!

I placed an online order for 2 salads that were forgotten. When I went to pick up my order, the person at the register spat something out onto the floor and then asked the person making food what to do since they didn't have my order. They eventually found my ticket but ran out of some ingredients needed. I asked how they would remedy the situation since we had paid for items we didn't receive. A person in the back yelled that it wasn't their problem and they don't do in-store refunds. I asked the person I was talking to to repeat herself since I couldn't hear over the yelling. The salads were finally made after 25 minutes of waiting. The person making food asked the cashier to bag the order but he walked away. I grabbed the salads and left. As I was leaving, another employee sarcastically yelled "Goodbye! Have a nice evening" at me. I waited patiently for over 25 minutes and asked for help, but the service and attitude provided to paying customers was appalling.
