Chick-fil-a - Columbus

I love Chick-fil-A and have been a member for almost two years, but I've never been this frustrated with the service. The place was packed with people waiting because the food was packaged quickly, but the person handing out the food took his sweet time. I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

Typically, the staff is quick and attentive when preparing food, but during my recent visit, the two lines were packed, so I decided to go inside to place my order. Unfortunately, despite the two lines being busy, I watched as five other customers received their orders before I waited 14 minutes. There were at least four people in the kitchen and around eight other staff members on the floor. When my food finally arrived, I found that three out of the four sandwiches were lukewarm, and the whipped cream on my milkshake had melted. The manager didn't offer any compensation or solutions for the long wait time. Overall, I was not impressed.

The meal wasn't the best I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't the worst either. The chicken was noticeably smaller than usual and didn't taste freshly made. However, it was still decent for a restaurant located in a shopping center.

Forget that they were closed on Sunday, but Kicher-fil-A is always good.

Chick-fil-A will always be my go to if im in a different city and theres one nearby! The food is amazing and i love their waffle fries!
