Wonderful place for Breakfast or Lunch. When friends are in town and they want a great place for brunch, I always recommend this place. The servers are very knowledgeable on the extensive menu, but it really doesn't matter which item you order as each item that I have selected has been fantastic. View all feedback.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Absolutely loved the eggs Benedict with salmon and their signature berry crepes! Would definitely go again! The menu has plenty of other delicious items i'd like to sample!
This is somewhat of a hidden gem, tucked away on Bethel next to a gym. By initial appearance, you 'd be forgiven for thinking it 's no different from the usual breakfast cafe chains. But the Russian influenced menu here really sets it apart. While you can certainly get your standard American breakfast staples, you 'd be hard pressed to find German pancakes, a Mediterranean breakfast platter, or the Cordon Bleu crepes at many other Columbus area eateries (and definitely not under the same roof! . The dishes here seem to be prepared with TLC, nothing comes out of the kitchen half hearted.I got the Netherland breakfast and it was delish the coconut milk is an especially nice touch! Others at my table seemed quite happy, with one person saying their dish as it arrived actually looked even better than the picture on the menu. And the Russian Grandma is a very hardy meal, so go hungry if you plan to order this (I remember thinking wait, there 's MORE?? as the third plate arrived .If there 's anything that 's not extraordinary, it 's the service they 're simply understaffed. That 's not anything against the staff, who are zipping around, stretched thin trying to accommodate a busy dining room. Be prepared to be forgiving. I 'm also not a fan of the music which has been a little loud for me.Overall, it 's a solid choice for both those who like to stay traditional, but also those who like to have something a little different every so often.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, plus a couple of vegan choices as well.
I took my two little girls and a father-daughter day and we chose Elena's Cafe for breakfast. What an amazing choice that was when we first walked in it was pretty slow it was later in the day but got a table right away and atmosphere was very calm and chill just perfect. Beautiful on the inside nice and clean the service was very good very attentive. My girls shared a plate of the disco pancakes and it was quite a bit so they both had more than enough to eat and the eggs were great I got the brioche French toast it was amazing. Perfect spot I love it we'll come back soon!
Absolutely horrible service. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing. Made a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes before being seated. And that was only because I finally asked the hostess if we could go ahead and sit at one of the TEN empty tables. It undoubtedly would have been longer had I not asked. Sat at our table for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I had to go ask someone if there was a server assigned to our table. The server came and made excuse after excuse. The kitchen is really busy (what does that have to do with you not coming to our table for 10 minutes? . I thought another server was helping you (do you not have assigned sections? . She had no idea what was on the menu. I had to ask for missing items 3 times and it still wasn’t correct in the end. Funny, with all the blame she put on the kitchen, the one redeeming thing was that the food came out quickly and was pretty good. This was Father’s Day brunch and it was completely ruined by absolutely awful service. Never going back.
