Burger King - Columbus

I rarely give negative reviews, but this restaurant consistently disappoints. The high turnover rate is evident as I often see new staff. The service is terrible and it always takes a ridiculously long time to receive your food. On our last visit, I requested an original chicken sandwich cut in half and they cut it the long way. There have been multiple occasions where we asked for no tomato and onion but still received them. This establishment is by far the worst fast food restaurant in town. It cannot compare to McDonald's, Wendy's, Runza, etc. I only go about once a month because my child loves the Whopper, but in my opinion, it is not worth it.

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. If you want to push someone over the edge with bad food, this is the place to do it. I didn't think it could get any worse a year ago, but they have definitely proven me wrong. I was told it had improved, but that was a lie. They should just close down already.
