Bibibop Asian Grill - Columbus

I'm so in love with this place, it feels like I'll talk to her every time I come to Ohio!! We don't have this restaurant in Mississippi, so I'll eat every chance I have when I'm in business in town!! And now that they are 100% gluten-free, I give that. TWO:!

Excellent place to eat healthy and the place is very cozy, the manager is very professional

The restaurant has changed quite a lot since the last time I was there. The quality and freshness of the food was not as good as I remember. Some of the sauces that I loved are now gone. The staff was not knowledgeable about the food as most said they were new when I asked questions. They were out of Miso soup, the sauces that used to exist for the customers to use are gone, the plastic utensils were all empty and they still want a gratuity on takeout orders. I had to beg for a plastic lid for my order. Maybe someday they will return to a semi decent quasi Asian restaurant but my hopes are low.

Very shady portion sizes for takeout customers...I got takeout today and this was my first time here , and it was unbelievable. I got double spicy chicken and there was not even enough put in my bowl how it would look for regular spicy chicken. literally like 3-4 teaspoons of chicken pieces... when I saw it, I was already home and disappointed...and I just got the app so I had 5$ rewards and was excited to use it just to not get enough food...I should have gone to E Broad St Location they never do this to me when I get takeout all the time...

I finally have the Bibibop where the food is super fresh and they serve you super good
