Some of my f... read more The restaurant has undergone significant changes since my last visit. The quality and freshness of the food didn’t meet the standards I remembered. Some of my favorite sauces are no longer available, which was disappointing. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu, as most of them mentioned they were new when I asked questions. They were out of miso soup, the customer-accessible sauces were missing, and the plastic utensils were all out of stock. Despite this, they still expect gratuities on takeout orders. I even had to ask multiple times for a plastic lid for my order. I hope they can restore themselves to a decent Asian restaurant someday, but I’m not optimistic.

It was my first time ordering from here, and I was shocked by what I received. I ordered the double spicy chicken, but there wasn't even enough in my bowl to match what a regular portion would look like—literally just 3-4 teaspoons of chicken pieces. By the time I got home and saw the portion, I was pretty let down. I was excited to use my $5 rewards since I just downloaded the app, but it felt like a wasted opportunity when the food didn’t meet expectations. In hindsight, I should have gone to the E Broad St location; they never shortchange me on portions when I get takeout from there.

I've tried giving it multiple chances in the hope that it would regain its former standards. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry, and many pieces had a lot of fat. To top it off, everything was served cold.
