Only one person handling the counter, which created a lengthy wait for a small amount of patrons. Don't think I'll use this location again.

The floors are dirty and sticky. The carpet is nasty. My pants stuck to the chair. Oh, and the staff lost my dine in order. I chose to get my money back rather than dealing with it. Is there another sound that you can make that is theopposite of the bell you?re supposed to ring when you get good service? Arby?s corporate should be embarrassed to let thislocation remain open in this condition!

Some of the condiment dispensers were empty. It was just like no one cared about the condition of the restaurant. Icouldn't get out of there fast enough. At least the food was ok

All my food was COLD, all the fries were COLD , sandwiches COLD told them no sauce on certain sandwiches, they still had it. Asked for cheese for our fries and this is what wegot. Never again will I go to arbys
