Although there were none ready for pick up, they quickly responded with an offer to make one for me to pick up before they closed. I greatly appreciated this as I dropped the ball on making my own carrot cake as I do for my fiancé almost every year on his birthday. The cake was delicious! We are still enjoying it almost a week later!
