The restaurant has a nice appearance and there is parking available in the back next to a bank. It is a self-service restaurant where you order first and then clean up after yourself. The service was good and the staff were friendly. My family and I tried the Pho and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. The staff at this restaurant lack knowledge about the food, which ended up upsetting both my friend and me. The broth was flavorless compared to other Vietnamese places I have been to, and the red flag was the non-Asian staff. The appetizers were overpriced for the quality. The venue itself does not have much space, which was no problem for me. The staff was very helpful and the service was great. I have the vegetarian broth with marinated tofu. The broth was delicious and the best part. Updated by previous review on 2022-04-07

I just got soup here, but they have a variety of foods that you can get with tofu instead of meat. For the Pho they have several tofu options and a choice of veggie broth. My husband and I come here if we don't feel like cooking, we really love it!
I've tried 61-Pho twice now and have really liked what I got. I enjoy the vegetable rolls and especially the peanut sauce! Glad they have everything so well marked for us veggies. They also have sandwiches with some type of fake meat on them that look really good- will have to try that next time!
They offer vegan pho, with raw or marinated tofu. (Marinated is the way to go! They will make their vegetarian bahn mi vegan if you request. They almost always have vegan mayo, and will tell you if they are out. They have always been friendly and helpful with our out of town guests and their special diets.
