Sophia's - Columbia

I had a 20 plus party on a Friday afternoon, had amazing service and great food! All the staff were super helpful and friendly.

First time to Sophia's. The two people at the hostess station immediately greeted us and got us to our booth. Very friendly and created conversation on the way. Our waitress, Hannah, was outstanding! (I get out to a lot of places and I set the bar pretty low because it's just so hard to find good people to do the job) Hannah had the great smile, very friendly and extremely helpful. We ordered the Asiago dip for an appetizer and it was very good. Later, I asked her what her top three entree items were on the menu and I went with her #2, the filet. The food was delicious and had great flavor. But Hannah knew when to get to the booth to help us and was just very attentive. She's an asset to Sophia's. We'll be back and hope to have Hannah serve us. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

The foods are fine, American-Italian fusion. The service and ambience are great.

We went out for my Birthday and we both ordered new york strip steaks. My boyfriend asked to get salad instead of asparagus and was told there would be an upcharge.I am gluten free and asked what potatoes they had and I decided on the mash potatoes.we each ordered a glass of wine that sat at the pick up area for 5-10 mins. When food came out my plate had the fries on it even though I ordered the mashers those were brought on the side and was charged for them even though did not want fries.my boyfriend's steak was med well not medium which he ordered.the server checked on us once, cleared plates or asked if wanted more wine.we have been coming here for years and always had great service and food but will not be going back.

First few times I went out was just okay, but this time was really good, did can't go the table hot. Service was good.
