I just ran through. long time in the line; cars were lined around the building. we finally came through, and that was quickly prepared and we got it right after the order. that is not worth waiting. the suppe was bland and already cold out of the window. probably not back. I’ve been coming to this Panera now for quite awhile for the daily coffee. The staff always provide excellent service and are very kind. I’m writing today, because I saw one staff member on the receiving end of a verbally abusive customer in the drive through.
