This place is AWESOME! We walked in talking about a place we'd been to 15 years back that had really good wings. The owner said his were better and made us up a sampler: bone-in and tenderloin strips for the boneless ones, 3 different flavors, ALL so good. We shared a cod plate, served on nice marble rye with excellent German potato salad and authentic stewed tomatoes. It was very, VERY good! View all feedback.
What Wendy Klein doesn't like about Merz On Main:
The food was perfect, tasting great. The service itself was lacking. The waitress took our drink order, then promptly forgot to fill it. She did say their computer system was down, but that does not account for poor service. I only got a refill of coffee when they brought our food and asked if we needed anything else. My husband did not even get that. View all feedback.
Burgers good but onion rings raw and just frozen French fries. Wish they had real potatoes
Food was great and employees and owners were very welcoming. Will go back.
Great music, friendly and efficient staff, great food!!!! Good times!!!!!

This was a stop on our way home from the run. This place was recently under new management. We wanted to have some drinks, and watch the Blues game. We had eight in our party. We were welcomed by our very friendly waitress. Our drinks were kept full and the table clean all day. This place is know for it bbq on Saturdays. The waitress kept carrying heaping plates of bbq and french fries past our table. It was too much to take. We asked the waitress to put together a new item for us, smothered french fries with bbq and cheese. She pleasantly brought us a heaping plate, it was pleasing to the eye, nose and taste buds. They offer a full service menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The daily specials were posted on a chalkboard. This is must stop in Columbia
