Mcdonald's - Columbia

Every item on your menu deserves a 5-star rating. Everything is both affordable and delicious. The atmosphere is fine—though not the absolute best, it's still quite good. The staff are highly skilled and know exactly what they're doing. Without a doubt, the standout dish is the number 9 meal. It's small yet incredibly satisfying, especially when paired with the sweet tea; this combination is unbeatable! I would definitely rate this a solid 10 out of 10.

My favorite experience was the last time I went for food. The woman at the drive-thru told me the app hadn't accepted orders after 9:00 PM, yet I was told I could place an order. After some confusion, she pulled me to the window where the manager came out to address the situation. I explained that I had an online order through the app, and the manager just pressed a couple of buttons to process it. The woman working the window informed me that she had been turning people away all night because they couldn't take orders. Even on the rare occasions when I did manage to get food, the orders were often incorrect or the food was cold. I truly wish I could give a better review as I love McDonald's, but based on my experiences here, I would advise others to save their time and money and choose a different location.

I'm very disappointed! As is typical, the drive-thru was busy, but four people in one of the double lanes were waiting while our lane was ignored. The staff was unfriendly, and we had to correct our order multiple times, yet it still ended up wrong. The food was also cold, even by McDonald's standards. I’m giving one star for the buttermilk chicken sandwich, which was actually good. I hope you can improve!

I walked in with a fully charged battery. My phone died 20 minutes before I got my food....the take the fast out of food

Been several years since I have been to a McD's and this occasion was to celebrate a low sodium day with a good old McRib sandwich. The Nifong locations drive through was quick, with two lanes taking orders merging into one at the windows. My order was waiting for me and seemed hot and freshly prepared. An app to order ahead and get discounts offers is available- but my frequency didn't warrant the space on my phone. Staff was courteous and wearing gloves masks.
