Three employees looked at me and never offered to assist. Ashamed customer service has reach these lows. Avoid this establishment and opt for gas station snacks.

Too bad can’t give a zero star rating or negative star rating poor excuse for a KFC fast food restaurant 20 minutes after ordering at counter still did not have... read more Too bad can’t give a zero star rating or negative star rating poor excuse for a KFC fast food restaurant 20 minutes after ordering at counter still did not have order wait staff couldn’t be bothered when an order finally brought up to me the employee just sauntered up and put order on counter as if didn’t really care which was definitely apparent as my order was in no way near what I had ordered had my money refunded by manager who also seemed to not care how poor his restaurant customer service was STAY AWAY

My son was crying for something to eat, so I opened the box, and it felt like I had been robbed. The chicken was overcooked, and the French fries were so dried out they seemed like they'd been left out overnight. I'm asking for a refund. I will never return to this place. My son picked at the food, but I ended up going home and preparing him some fresh, healthy chicken from the meat store on Two Notch Road by Sandhill Mall.
